CONTEST "CF Montréal"
RULES OF PARTICIPATION

1. DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The “CF Montréal” contest (the “Contest”) takes place in Quebec, from April 7, at 8:00 a.m. ET, until April 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”). You have until April 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET to register.

2. COMPETITION ORGANIZERS

The competition is organized by the Radar panel of La Presse, in partnership with CF Montréal.

3. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to anyone who:

(i) resides in Quebec;

(ii) is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the contest;

Excluded are partners and employees of any company, organization, or corporation collaborating on this contest, representatives or agents, advertising and promotional agents, and persons with whom they reside.

4. METHOD OF PARTICIPATION

4.1 To participate, simply complete the Radar Panel registration form, accessible from the following website: https://panelradar.ca/fr/inscription-concours-cfmontreal/

4.2 No purchase necessary. While internet access and an email account are required to participate in the contest, no purchase is necessary to register. Many public libraries, retail stores, and other establishments provide computers free of charge, and some internet service providers or other companies offer free email accounts.

4.3 Registration limit. A limit of one (1) registration per participant and per email address will be allowed for the entire duration of the contest. If a participant’s identity is disputed, the account holder of the email address used at the time of registration will be determined to be the participant. The person to whom an email address has been assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or any other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for domains associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder.

5. CHANCES OF WINNING

The chances of winning will depend on the number of participants.

6. SELECTION OF WINNERS

There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will be selected on April 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.

at the offices of La Presse in Montreal.

7. THE PRICE

Prize: 4 tickets to the FC Montréal vs. New York City Football Club match on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. at Stade Saputo.

TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: €292 (or €73 per ticket)

• The prize is non-transferable.

8. AWARDING OF PRIZES

To be declared the winner, the selected participant must, in addition to meeting the contest eligibility criteria and complying with the official contest rules (the “Winner”), respond to the message sent by email or telephone to the contest representative of the La Presse Radar Panel within three (3) business days of their entry being selected.

8.1 Disqualification. Failure to comply with each of the conditions set out in paragraph 8.1 above will result in the selected participant being disqualified and ineligible to receive any prize. In this case, the partners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to award the prize to the participant with the second-best result as the eventual winner.

8.2 Prize Claim. The partners’ representative will contact the winners to inform them of the prize claim process. Winners will receive their prize by mail.

9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

9.1 Verification of Entries. The validity of any entry is subject to verification by the partners. Any illegible, incomplete, or fraudulent entry will be disqualified. Any participant or person attempting to enter by any means contrary to these official contest rules, or who otherwise disrupts the operation of this contest, or who acts in a manner that is unfair to other participants or potential participants, will be disqualified. All decisions of the contest judges, who may be employees or independent organizations, including, but not limited to, any question of eligibility or disqualification of any entry and participation, are final. Entries become the property of the partners and none will be returned.

9.2 The contest rules are available at the La Presse offices in Montreal and on the contest website at panelradar.ca.

9.3 Acceptance of the Prize. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be returned or substituted for another prize, nor exchanged in whole or in part for cash, except as provided in section 9.4 below. This prize is not transferable to another person.

9.4 Prize Substitution. The partners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, and for any reason whatsoever, to substitute a prize or any part thereof with a prize of equal or greater value, including the cash value of the prize.

9.5 Winners agree to comply with the contest eligibility criteria and these rules. Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of and acceptance of these rules.

9.6 Prizes/Winners. By participating in this contest, each participant acknowledges that the partners will not be required, under any circumstances, to award more prizes than the number of prizes available, as established in the official contest rules. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever (including, but not limited to, any error, malfunction, or defect in the design, promotion, management, implementation, or administration of the contest, whether mechanical, electronic, human, or otherwise), the number of declared winners or the number of prizes claimed by participants exceeds the number of prizes available, the partners reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the contest partially or totally, without notice, subject only to the prior approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, if required, in the province of Quebec, and to award the appropriate number of prizes from among the appropriate number of winners, selected in accordance with the contest rules from among the eligible entries validly submitted before the end of the contest.

9.7 The partners shall not be liable in any way whatsoever in any case where their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control or from a Strike, lockout, or any other labour dispute at their establishments or at the establishments of organizations or companies whose services are used for the conduct of this contest. They reserve the right, at their sole and absolute discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest in whole or in part, for any reason or circumstance, including, but not limited to, in the event that an event beyond their control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or normal conduct of the contest, such as a virus, computer bug, or unauthorized human intervention, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (Quebec Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Commission) in the province of Quebec.

9.8 By participating in this contest, winners authorize the partners to broadcast, publish, and otherwise use their name, photograph, image, statement relating to the contest, or any prize, place of residence, and/or voice for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation.

9.9 A dispute concerning the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (Quebec Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Commission) for a ruling. A dispute concerning the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Commission only for the purpose of mediation.

9.10 By participating in or attempting to participate in this contest, each participant and/or purported participant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless, forever, the partners and their directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents or other representatives (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, means of action, causes of action, suits, debts, duties, accounts, bonds, agreements, guarantees, indemnities, contracts or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising out of or related to the participant’s participation in or attempted participation in the contest, compliance or non-compliance with these contest rules or the acceptance and use of the prize. The indemnity holders will not be held responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the contest website during the contest period, or for any technical malfunctions or other problems with telephone lines or networks, online computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software, or for any other technical problems or congestion on the Internet or any website, or any combination thereof, and will not be liable for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from or related to the participation or attempted participation of such person or any other person in this contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this contest constitutes a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt occur, the partners reserve the right to seek remedies or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including through criminal prosecution.

9.11 No communication or correspondence related to the contest will be exchanged with participants, except with those selected as potential prize winners. Personal Information. The personal information collected from participants in connection with this contest is used solely for the administration of this contest or for purposes permitted by law and is subject to the Radar Panel Privacy Policy at https://panelradar.ca/fr/politique-de-confidentialite/. No communication, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this contest, will be sent to participants by La Presse, unless permitted by law.
